Refunds - Layaway deposit, payments, and related charges are non-refundable and non-transferable. In some cases, and at the sole discretion of Weissman Music, layaway deposit, payments, and related charges may be transferred to a store credit which will expire after 180 days.
Returns/Exchanges - Returns or exchanges are not accepted on layaway orders. A store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of Weissman Music.

Purchases made online in one of our studios will be shipping free within the U.S. only.

A fee will be applied for shipping outside the U.S. 

NOTE: ​A shipment fee will be charged for instrument(s) under our 7-day trial period for delivery and return of the instrument(s). This fee is waived with the purchase.
